Colin Marshall has spent the last thirty years training men and women for gospel ministry, both at the university level and within the local church. A graduate of Moore Theological College, he is the author of the Growth Groups training course for small group leaders and the ministry training manual Passing the Baton. Until 2006, he directed the Ministry Training Strategy (MTS), and he currently leads a new ministry called Vinegrowers, which aims to help pastors and other ministry leaders implement the principles outlined in this book.
