Eddie Rasnake became a Christian in 1976 as a college freshman. He graduated with honors from East Tennessee State University. He and his wife, Michelle, served for almost seven years on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ. Their first assignment was working at the University of Virginia, and while there, they also launched the Campus Crusade ministry at the University of Tennessee. In 1989, Eddie left Campus Crusade to join Wayne Barber at Woodland Park Baptist Church, taking on the duties of associate pastor for discipleship and education. He served in Eastern Europe for over a decade, helping to equip local believers, as well as publishing materials in Albanian, German, Greek, Italian, Romanian, and Russian. Eddie is a member of the board of directors for the Center for Christian Leadership in Piran, Albania, as well as the Bible Training Center in Eleuthera, Bahamas. He also serves as a chaplain for the Chattanooga Lookouts baseball team (the Double-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds). He and his wife, Michelle, live in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with their four children.

Richard L. Shepherd has been involved in some form of ministry for over twenty years, focusing on preaching, teaching, and prayer. He has served in churches in Alabama, Florida, Texas, and Tennessee, and currently serves as the prayer and spiritual awakening strategist for the Florida Baptist Convention. For nearly seventeen years (1983–2000), Rick served as associate pastor at Woodland Park Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. His service to the Lord has taken him to countries such as Haiti, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Italy, Israel, England, and Greece, where he has been involved in training pastors, church leaders, and congregations. Rick has also lectured at colleges and seminaries. He graduated with honors from the University of Mobile and holds a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Philosophy from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He and his wife, Linda Gail, have four children and reside in Jacksonville, Florida.

Wayne Barber is a well-known ministry speaker who organizes national and international conferences. Wayne considers the primary goal of his ministry to be the spreading of the message of the "sufficiency of Christ." People all over the world are united by Wayne's unique ability to bring God's Word to life through his honest and open "real life" experiences. Wayne is the author or co-author of several books, his latest being The Rest of Grace, published in 1998. He also writes a regular column in the monthly magazine The Preacher's Magazine published by AMG. For eighteen years, he served as the senior pastor-teacher at Woodland Park Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and for most of his time in Chattanooga, Wayne taught "Basics of the Ministry" alongside renowned author and speaker Kay Arthur, as well as studying under Dr. Spiros Zodhiates, one of the world's leading Greek scholars. Wayne and his wife, Diana, have two adult children and currently reside in Albuquerque.
